| Washington-born and raised jazz, R&B and soul singer Sonja embarked on a singing career at an early age. Sonja's roots were as a gospel singer in the church choir, but she quickly moved to sharing the stage with Patti Labelle and opening for such artists as Phil Perry, Sinbad, Angela Boyfill, SOS Band, just to name a few. | |||||||||||||||||||
