Nationally known for many years as the drummer for the legendary R&B group “Heatwave” (best known for such hits as “Always and Forever”, “Boogie Nights “and “Groove Line” , among many others), Heatwave’s highlights include three gold, two platinum and two double platinum albums, five gold singles, four Grammy nominations and a recent nomination for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Serving as the catalyst for FrameWerk, Spoon brings his experiences performing with Carlos Santana, Hall and Oates, The Jones Girls and Jean Carn, along with that driving, funky groove to combine with one of the most talented core of musicians ever to be assembled in one unit.
